What is your return policy?
If the item is not as described you can return the item within 14 days from receipt of delivery.  (link returns page here)
How many days do I have to return a product?
We must be notified within 14days from receipt of delivery, and upon notification item must be received back by the Seller within 14days
Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?
If the item has not yet been dispatched by the Seller, then this is possible however not guranteed until you have spoken to a representative to cancel the order.  A change of mind after the order has been dispatched is not possible for return.
What items are eligible for return?

What information do I need to provide when returning an item?
You will need to provide proof of purchase and reason for return. 
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We do not acccept swimwear returns
Can I return a product that I received as a gift?
Yes, as long as you have an order number and the item is still in original condition.  A store credit will be issued.
What if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If the item is not as described you can return the item within 14 days from receipt of delivery.  (link returns page here)
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Items will need to be returned with all tags still on and the same condition it was received in.
How long does it takes to process a return?
Returns are processed once the item has been received back to the seller and normally take between 2-5days to be processed.
Is there a time limit for requesting a refund?

What if I received the wrong item?
If you've received the incorrect item please contact the seller to arrange for the correct item to be resent.
Do you provide return shipping labels, or is it the customer's responsibility?
This is the customers responsibility.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited as per the same method you used to purchase the goods.
Can I return an item if I purchased it during a sale or promotion?

What should I do if my return request is denied?
Returns are up to the individual seller, however if you feel that you would like this review please contact enquire@ovmarket.au
Can I return a product if I no longer have the original receipt?
If the item is not as described you can return the item within 14 days from receipt of delivery, you will need to have the order number to process the return.  
What steps should I take if my package is lost during the return shipping process?
As you have arranged the return you should have the tracking number, you can reach out to the delivery company to request further assisstance.
Is there a customer support contact for return-related inquiries?

Can I cancel a return request after it has been initiated?

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
All Orders are required to be shipped out within 48hours of your online order being received.  Orders should be received 5-10 working days.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number
Do you provide express or expedited shipping options?
Yes, however this will depend on the individual Seller that you are buying from.
Is there a shipping fee, and how is it calculated?
Shipping fees are determined by the individual Sellers and fees, when buying from multiple vendors there could be several shipping fees
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, however this will depend on the individual Seller that you are buying from.
What courier service will be used for my delivery?
Each individual seller has their own preferred courier delivery, however the majority are sent through Australia Post
Do you offer international shipping, and what are the associated costs?
No, this is an Australian only marketplace
Are there any shipping restrictions or limitations for certain products or locations?
There are no shipping restrucitons or limitations for sending in Australia
What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?
Once you have received your tracking number you can monitor the delivery
Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time?
Unfortunately we do not have control over the delivery and this will need to be arranged directly with the delivering company
Is there an option for gift wrapping or discreet packaging?
This will depend on the seller but you will be able to leave a note for the seller when placing the order
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Use your tracking number to track your delivery and if something does not look right, please email enquire@ovmarket.au
Do you provide a delivery confirmation or receipt?
Yes, all Sellers will provide you with a tracking number for your order
Is it possible to change the delivery speed or method after placing the order?
Yes, however this will depend on the individual Seller that you are buying from and extra fees maybe incurred.
What is your return policy for items damaged during shipping?
Once you have the tracking number you will be able to enquire directly with the delivery company
How can I cancel my order if needed, and is there a cutoff time for cancellations?
Yes, however this will depend on the individual Seller that you are buying from.
Do you offer same-day delivery in certain areas?
No
Can I add special delivery instructions, such as leaving the package at a specific location?
No, items will need to be delivered to a home or office address.
 

ORDER QUESTIONS

Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number for your item.  All orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by the nominated delivery company using the tracking number you received from the Seller
Why is my order delayed?
All orders should be processed and shipped within 48hours, please allow 5-10working days for your order to be received.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please reach out to the Seller to arrange this, however if the Seller has already sent your order this will be up to the seller to advise if possible. 
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please go to our returns page (Is there a link to a returns page) and complete the questions to process the items return to us.  Our customer team will be in touch to assist you further with the redirection of the correct item.
My order is damaged. How can I get a replacement or refund?
Please contact the seller to arrange for the item to be returned asap.
Why was my order canceled?
There may be several reasons for your order to be cancelled.  It may have become out of stock or an issue with the payment processing.  You can also send us an email for further information enquire@ovmarket.au
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed please ensure you email enquire@ovmarket.au asap to cancel the order. 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal (Afterpay to be confirmed)
Is it possible to expedite shipping?
Yes, however this will depend on the individual Seller that you are buying from and extra fees maybe incurred.

No, all prices are as listed along with the shipping costs.
